Canada Child Tax Benefit (CCTB) Application Document Requirement:
- Identification from both parents and child(ren) – such as passport, PR card
- Birth Certificate of child(ren)
- Income proof of last 3 years, or NOA of the last 3 years
- Bank Direct Deposit information of the applicant(usually mother), or a void cheque.
