Eligibility:
- You must be the utility account holder
- Your AFTER TAX income must meet the following amount
- 1 person household : $28000 or less
- 2 people household : $39000 or less
- 3 – 4 people household : $48000 or less
- 5 + people household : $52000 or less
- Anyone living in the house, and is over age of 18, must be included
- Everyone included in the household must have filed income tax of previous year
Document required:
- Utility bill
- Driver’s license of the utility bill account holder
- The birthdates, and names of all household
- Social Insurance Number (SIN) of all household
- Income Statement (Notice of Assessment) of everyone included in the household
